Bishop Marcus E. Maddox

Bishop Marcus E. Maddox is Dayton native whom God has gifted with wisdom and strong leadership abilities for entrepreneurship, communication, and organization. As an entrepreneur, his business ventures have secured over twenty million dollars in construction projects in the state of Ohio, including a 2.3 million dollar renovation at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, which afforded employment opportunities to more than one hundred craftspersons throughout the State of Ohio. He was featured in Nations Business Magazines as an Ohio Delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Small Business where he served and co-chaired procurement.

 

He has served in the capacities of:

  • Executive Board Member National Association of Minority Contractors, Washington, DC

  • President Dayton Chapter of National Association of Minority Contractors

  • Executive Board Member for City Wide Development, Dayton

After many years in the construction industry, Bishop Maddox answered a higher calling to kingdom building. He received his ecclesiastical studies at Dayton Bible College and Faith Temple Pentecostal Church of God under the leadership of his spiritual father and mentor, Bishop Dr. Eugene Ringer.

Bishop Maddox is a much sought after speaker for his wisdom in business and spiritual support in the areas of time, talent, tithing, seed time and harvest, marriage counseling and pastoral support. He is the founder of several outreach ministries that are impacting the body of Christ and the community he serves, including Blessed Men With Impact, Exodus National Training Centers, and Exodus Community and Economic Development Corporation.

He has been married to his high school sweetheart and Co-Pastor, Pamela, for over 40 years and they have four children. They are proud grandparents of four grandsons and godparents to many godsons and goddaughters.
